Paddle Out is a beginner class based on only SUP / Paddle training.

The beginner class includes an introduction where we explain everything.

Each class is 1 hour ( 15 min outside + 45 min in the water ).

If you've never done SUP before then we highly suggest to start with this class as you will learn all the basics to get you started.  We focus on how to stand, paddle, balance & activate your core. 


Each sessions is based on availability.

Sessions are planned & scheduled according to the weather & forecast.

The schedule is updated & released twice a week.
