Become a certified Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga Instructor and share your light and your uniqueness with the world. Sup Yoga is still a relatively new discipline in the yoga world and it opens a whole world of opportunities for you. This training will prepare you to be an outstanding Sup Yoga teacher and practitioner with a wide base of experience. You will learn different modalities of classes. By the end of this training you will be able to create your personalised Sup Yoga sequences.
If you are a certified yoga teacher, you will receive a certification upon completion. If you are not a yoga teacher, you can join the course learn, practice, and enjoy. The requirement is at least six months of experience as a yoga student. No stand-up paddle board (SUP) experience needed as we'll teach you all the techniques, paddle skills & key features to get you started with confidence.
In order to become the best possible Sup Yoga Teacher we will also focus on all the major key points of Paddle Boarding (SUP) & all the key elements to read, understand & connect to the sea & yourself - which is a major key factor to teaching in the open waters.

What to Expect from this Course.
This yoga instructor certification course presents an in-depth study of asana, yoga anatomy, creative sequencing with a goal in mind of how to teach yoga on a stand up paddle board (SUP). You will also learn lots of hands-on adjustments for your regular classes to help you understand the anatomy of the body within the postures.
During this 25-hour SUP yoga teacher training, you will have a unique opportunity to experience the incredible breadth of yoga and develop your skills to present and instruct inspiring classes on the water for beginner to intermediate level.
Comprehensive understanding of all equipment required to teach and how to choose the proper equipment - the boards, paddles, accessories, anchors, buoys, fins, and apparel.
In addition - you'll also receive extensive water safety training which will include an hour 'First Aid & CPR' Training course with Nitaim which is one of Israel's main leading First Aid & CPR course groups which has also been recognised by the Ministry of Health in Israel.
Lindy-Lu Victor Azolay
Lindy-Lu Victor Azolay ( Owner of Sunshine Sup / Sunshine Retreats ) is an energetic, passionate & motivated character inspired by her love for the sea, sun, surfing, SUP, Yoga & Fitness.
She's a Certified Yoga Teacher & Pilates Fitness Trainer who gained mostly all of her experience directly through her love for the sea throughout the past 14 years connecting to the ocean & herself. She also holds a Surf Instructor Certificate, Life Saving Diploma & CPR Certificate (renewed yearly).
She combined her love for yoga & fitness with her love for the sea & surfing and decided to offer a program where she can combine all these amazing aspects together. Motivated by her amazing students she flourishes through teaching & sharing her passion of the sea with others.
She focusses on technique, discipline but most importantly the key elements to ensure a safe & secure environment for teaching in the open sea.
Once you meet her you'll be overwhelmed by her magnetic energy & positive outlook on life & her surroundings. For her it's more than just simply being a teaching or instructor - it's a way of life to share her true passion of the sea.
